Wedding Preview - Krystal and Joshua

Date: 26th March 2011
Bride Preparations: Private Residence, San Remo
Groom Preparations: Private Residence, Blue Haven
Service: Linton Gardens, Somersby
Reception: Linton Gardens, Somersby

Nothing could stand in the way of this couple getting married on their day. Not even the freeway being closed on the way to the service. Once both wedding parties had arrived, and with Krystal and Joshua being the most beautiful service was held in the grounds at Linton Gardens, accompanied by their two gorgeous daughters.

With no need to go away for photos, we spent time in the gardens and up the long driveway taking some spectacular photos before heading inside for a night I am sure not many will forget. As always, comments welcome.

Wedding Preview - Theresa and Wayne

Date: 5th March 2011
Bride Preparations: Private residence, Swansea
Groom Preparations: Private residence, Mt Hutton
Service: Private Property, Cams Wharf
Reception: Swansea RSL Club, Swansea
Additional Photo Locations: Catherine Hill Bay, Lake Macquarie
Additional Photo Locations: Caves Beach, Lake Macquarie

What an ideal setting for a service... family and friends gathered on acerage with the lake on one side and the beach on the other. It doesn't get much better than this. Theresa and Wayne even had the weather set to perfection.

After the service, we spent some time at Catherine Hill Bay to take advantage of the last opportunities for photos with the old coal loader. Some additional photos were taken at Caves Beach before heading back to the reception at Swansea RSL Club. As always, comments welcome.

Pre Wedding Preview - Krystal and Josh

Date: 13th March 2011
Pre Wedding on Location: Somersby Falls, Somersby

Krystal and Josh are to be married in a few weeks and had planned a pre wedding shoot in the beautiful Somersby Falls. This location has some of the most beautiful waterfalls on the Central Coast and is easily accessible by a short walking track (or as Krystal and Josh will agree), that is until you have to walk back up the hill to the car park after a photo shoot.

The day itself was fantastic with the late afternoon sun highlighting the waterfalls and our happy couple enjoying their time in front of the camera. We were able to capture some magnificent images, many of which I am sure will be treasured for a long time. As usual, comments welcome...

Service: Rafferty's Resort, Cams Wharf, Lake Macquarie

Additional Photo Locations: Catherine Hill Bay, Lake Macquarie

How is this for good planning on a wedding day... two weeks worth of rain and cloudy days in the lead up to the wedding, and on the wedding day... nothing but sunshine...!!! Lucky too, as Amber and Blake has a beautiful outdoor service planned in the gardens at Rafferty's Resort.

The heat of the day never seemed to worry anyone as we spent some time for photos on the beach at Catherine Hill Bay. Afterwards, we headed back to Rafferty's for more photos before heading inside for a sensational reception. As always, comments welcome.

After the service we spent some time in the ground of the Monastery before heading to St Mary's Cathedral in the City for some more photos. A quick touch up on the fly and we were off to Milsons Point for some more photos by the harbour. The reception was held at Canterbury Leagues Club, a fantastic venue to cap off the day.
