In the lead up to Nadia and Kane's wedding, storms had blanketed most of the Hunter Valley. The decision was made to go ahead with the outdoor service inside Hunter Valley Gardens and thankfully the weather held off for a beautiful service at the top of the waterfall.

We were not so lucky for the location photos. The rain has set in for the afternoon and with a golf cart to take us around the Gardens for photos, we moved from awnings to rotundas in an attempt to capture some photos. With Nadia, Kane and the entire Bridal Party prepared to brave the weather, what we ended up with was some spectacular photos which I am sure will be a big surprise for anyone who was there on the day. At the beginning of the day, Amber and Ben had some concerns over the weather. There was even a very light shower of rain during their service at Peppers Anchorage. When we started photos at the marina, the clouds stayed overhead and didn't look like breaking at all.

On our way to Anna Bay something amazing was unfolding... one of the most magnificent and dramatic sunsets we had seen for a long time. When we arrived at the beach, we almost ran down to the sand and started taking photos. Below, you can see the result of what happened. As always, comments welcome.

Jessica and Grant celebrated their wedding day surrounded by all the style and tradition expected from a Macedonian wedding. With the help of family and friends, who are a big part of traditional celebrations, it looked like Jessica and Grant had a fantastic day and the photos were able to show it.

The service was held at Christ Church Cathedral in Newcastle with the reception at Newcastle City Hall, two of the best venues for weddings in town. Jessica and Grant made time for some night time photographs, which were spectacular given the location and venue where these were taken. As always, comments welcome.

Every now and again we see a venue which offers a unique and private location for a wedding, Leaves and Fishes is definitely one of those venues. With a service held in the courtyard, photos by the lake and reception in the restaurant, Zoe and Shain had the wedding day of the dreams.

With a service late in the afternoon, we were able to take advantage of a beautiful sunset and take some spectacular photos by the lake. During the reception, we were able to whisk away Zoe and Shain for some night time photos from around the venue. As always, comments welcome.
